How to Buy and Own a House in Banana Island by nairaman(m) : 10:46 am On May 25

A quora user asked: What can I do to earn a house in Banana Island in Nigeria? And this answer was on point so I had to share it here. Read below.

While in my former bank, l was once, in charge of the Lagos Island/Ikoyi branches.

Part of our CSR for the year was to construct an estate office and gardens on Banana island, we added a Quick Service point for banking transactions in the estate office complex.

It is a beautiful island .

I presently live on Lagos island , we started small from the mainland.

If you really want to live on Banana Island , it is achievable.

It starts from a dream, then you work hard to realize the dream.

The easiest way, is to look for an essential service that people will pay over and over for;

Or a mass market product that you can make daily margin on.

I presently have Customers, that are pure water producers , they make daily sales of over $3000 during the dry season.

If you are into IT, you can design an app to serve an existing need.

Start from where you are and never give up;

Opportunity usually meets the guy who is prepared!
