TEARS OF THE CONCERNED- A story on Nyanya Bomb blast by futurelegend001(m) : 11:27 pm On May 01, 2014

'Pray for Nigeria'; the voice came again for the third time.
'But why will I pray for Nigeria', he thought as he shifted his weight from one foot to the other,
' our government is bad,our people are corrupt, let Nigeria be ruin and damned! Who cares?',he said as he watched a taxi pull in front of him.
He was at Nyanya,he looked at the opposite side, that part was busy.
He took his phone and called his wife, whose car broke down a day before and had quickly used his car to pick their children at her aunty's place.
They were to pick him at the Nyayan bus-stop.
He looked at his wrist watch again it was 7: 41pm. He could not but remember that about two weeks ago,he lost a friend to this same area, when a bomb blast killed about 75 people.
'Hey', the man beside him said,' today is 1st of May,2014, 7:42pm. I thank God nothing bad had happened today.'
'yes ooo, we thank God', two ladies said,as they held unto their bags as if it was their live.
'Pray for Nigeria', Tunde was angry again,' why Nigeria, the government has nothing to do for us'. He thought of the 235 chibok girls kidnapped.
His phone rang again, for the third time.
'Hello, honey my car has broken down...',his wife called.
' Hello...where are you?'.
' We are not far from you...'.
'Kun! kun! kun!'His battery died. He looked at his wristwatch and saw it was 7:47p.m
' Can I use your phone,please'.
'No', a saucy lady said.
'Please, my wife's car has just broken down.I need to call her',he told her.
' I no know how that one come take concern me...Oga abeg leave me'.
He looked around, and noticed a guy with headset, an old man, men, ladies in their gowns and office dresses in their different cars.
'Pray for Nigeria'.
'Lord,I pray for Nigeria, help us',he cried in despair.
He saw a sort of traffic jam around the left. His wife told him she was near the park. He went to the left, he did not see her. As he was coming back, he saw his wife standing out outside the car, looking here and there.
It was 7:50.
'Gbuoa',explosion rock the place and took him flying.
He coughed as he stood up five minutes later and wailed, running into the fire.
People held him even as they tried to avoid the fire.
'My wife! My Children!!' He wailed.
'God why me... I served you, well I did everything you wanted, why me. My wife! My Children!'.

That is how it looks when we shabbily pray for Nigeria or when we refuse to pray for Nigeria.
